Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and labels remain intact and undamaged.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
